Operations Manager - Job Announcement
About She the People
She the People launched in March of 2018 with the mission of establishing a national network connecting women of color to transform our democracy. We are elevating and amplifying the voices and power of women of color as leaders, political strategists, organizers, and voters through an inclusive, multiracial coalition driving a new political and cultural era.
She the People received broad national attention in April 2019 by holding the first-ever woman-of-color led and centered Presidential Forum. Our work in 2020 builds from that success, targeting cultural change and a power shift based in the leadership of women of color and the values of love, belonging, democracy and justice.
She the People focuses on political engagement, voters and electoral strategy while our affiliated project She the People Storied focuses on elevating the voices and civic experiences of women of color. She the People is a project of PowerPAC.org, a 501(c)(4) organization; She the People Storied is a project of PowerPAC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
